The challenge at lost coast designs/Carmens Veranda is "Round and Round"

What a nice challenge again.
Round and round, well everyone should be able to do that, right?
Did you know that at Lost Coast Designs/Carmens Veranda stamps,
you can also participate in the challenge with other brands of stamps?
So it's easy, participate and maybe you will be the winner of new stamps.
Now to the explanation of this card/AJ page.

What I used:
LCD
CV

Stencil with small holes.
Distress ink:
Evergreen bough.
Peacock feathers.
Saltwater taffy.
Distress oxide:
Peacock feathers.
Saltwater taffy.
Versafine onyx black.
Black paint for splassing drops.
Black fineliner.
Watercolor paper.

I started with Peacock feathers and the largest circle from the shadow frames set.

I repeated that with Evergreen bough and overlapped the stamp a bit.

Take a little water and a brush to spread the ink a bit.
Wait till its dry.

With the bubble plastic stamp from the Brush strokes,
I stamped with Distress ink Evergreen bough and
Peacock feathers.
I did this in contrast next to the circles.
Stamped the 3 cirkels flom the Brush strokes set with Distress Oxide Saltwater taffy.

And did the stencil with the Distress Oxide Saltwater taffy.

I stamped the CV text and letters of the Pieces of calligraphy sheet
with versafine onyx black.
Stamp the butterfly in the center.
Take some black paint for the splashes.

Stamp the butterfly on a piece of paper and color with de distress ink.
Cut the butterfly out and glue on the card.

Color some Peacock feathers in the cirkels.
And with a black fineliner scribble some lines round the cirkels.

Round and round challenge at Lost Coast Designs and Carmens Veranda stamps.

Hi stampers, I made this wooden disk for the new challenge with the topic round.
I stamped directly onto the wooden disc and colored it with Derwent Inktense.
It wasn't easy to color on rough wood, but I managed it anyway.
Well you understand what's round, right?
The dream catchers are round, but the wooden disk is also round.
And the annual rings in the wood are also round.
Have you also made something round and used stamps?
Then join the challenge, you can even do it with stamps from other brands.
Maybe you will be the winner of new stamps.
So hop on over and join the challenge.

Challenge at Lost Coast Designs. Stamp on patterned paper. (Design paper)

Today a card in vintage style.
I used the Labels set,
and the new floral set from Lost Coast designs.
Carmen's Veranda has a whole page full of the funniest and quirky sayings.
Really worth taking a look.
Also used:
Distress ink Antique linen,
Archival coffee
Leaves and branch die cut.
Brown ink to spletter.

Now how the card is made.
I started with a sheet of printed paper.
I stamped the label with the lady using Archival coffee.

I colored a piece of paper with Distressink antique linen.

I stamped the label with the archival coffee.
And I made the edges a bit darker with it.

Did the same with a piece of paper for the saying.

The same goes for the flowers.
These come in 4 sizes, I used the two smallest sizes.

Colored the flowers with a waterbased marker and cut them out.

Die cut some branches.
The label and text were stuck on with some foam tape.
Colored some details with the markers.
And decorated the card with the twigs and flowers.
A few more brown ink splatters and then it's done.

I hope you liked it and that you will participate the challenge.
You can be the winner of new rubber stamps.
