Hi there,
Lost Coast designs has a wonderful color challenge for anyone who wants to join.
The use of LCD or CV stamps is not mandatory, but is preferred.
Please read the rules about this.

For this challenge you have 2 choises in color sceme.

I chose the lemon/lime for this beautiful tulip stamp from Carmens Veranda.
I used the no line technique for this card, and a lot of masking.

What I used.
Derwent Inktense pencils.
Versafine onyx black.

I colored with Derwent inktense.
In the picture you can see which colors I used.

Furthermore, I stamped the swirl and text with Versafine onyx black ink.

Do you want to join the challenge?
You have a chance to win stamps of your choice.
So come to the blog and join in.
Hope to see you there.

My granddaughter Nikki just had 2 bunnies. So of course grandma had to make a nameplate for the hutch. I colored the bunnies in their real colors. Stamp is from Happy stamp.

New month, new challenge at Lost Coast Designs/Carmen's Veranda stamps.

Hello stampers,
The new monthly challenge at Lost Coast designs/Carmens Veranda stamps is a color challenge.

I just love playing with colors.
Here is a tutorial for this card.

Materials needed.
Stamps.

Nellie Snellen 3d Embossingfolder uurwerken/clockworks.
Distress Oxide Peacock feathers.
Versa Magic Pumpkin spice.
Any spray ink with shimmer,
I used Tattered angels.
Color pencils, I used Derwent colorsoft.
Foamtape.
White paper.

How to make the card.
Cut a piece of white paper 14cm x 14cm.

With the Distress Oxide Peacock feathers,
and an inkblender tool you make different spots of turquoise.
The remaining white spaces you spray the glimmermist.
Put it aside and let it dry.

The shine is not visible in the photo,
But it shines beautifully.

Take a white paper of 7.7cm x 7.7cm.
Stamp with the Versa Magic Pumpkin spice the clock square.
Let it dry well, then the ink is fade resistant.

Color in the shadows with Derwent colorsoft.

Repeat this process with the Steampunk bike girl stamp.

On a small piece of paper you write or stamp the text.
Make the edge turquoise, and shade a bit with pencil.
Matt it on a piece of white paper.

When sticking on all the parts I used foam tape to give everything a bit of depth.
Matt on a white card base.

And that was the card, actually quite easy, don't you think?
I hope you enjoyed it, and maybe you want to join the challenge too.
You then have a chance to win new stamps, and who wouldn't want that?
You can even enter with stamps from other brands.
