A new art journal page.

 When I make a page for my art journal I work on a single sheet.

The right side is for the stamping and the left side I want to use for a work description.

I hope my daughter will appreciate it later.

I made this with watercolorpaint and distressink.

 Hi, I made two baby cards.

Love to do that.

I used pencils and watercolor paint to color the stamps.

The background hearts are done with a stencil and distressink.

Today my contribution to the challenge.

I drew a mixed media portrait.

 And with my red-haired granddaughter in mind, this came out.

I worked with Van Gogh watercolor paint and Derwent inktense pencils.

Everything has been done with the watercolor except her hair.

I colored it with the inktense pencils.

I stamped the background with 

LCD Brushstrokes, Pieces of calligraphy and Pieces of architecture.

And the butterflies are from LCD Butterfly set.

The beautiful text "Art gives my soul wings to fly" is from Carmens Veranda.

These are the inks I used for stamping.

Versafine onyx black for the butterfly.

Archivel ink coffee.

Distressink Rusty hinge, Twisted citron and Evergreen bough.

Birthday card for my daugther.

My daughter turned 37.
Where has the time gone.
I made her a birthday card, with a stamp I bought years ago and never used.
I painted it with Van Gogh watercolor paint.

Winner at Inkart designs May challenge.

Because I had won the May challenge at #InkartDesigns, Dot sent me the beautiful stamp of #Crafty Individuals CI-559 Of the sea.

(And some pre printed stamps).

Beautiful, this stranded ship.

Dot, thank you very much, I am very happy with it. 

So I immediately made a card with it in watercolor paint. 

I have combined the seagulls, text and seal stamp, from the Crafty Individuals set CI-278 Beside the sea.

Happy birthday to my lovely daugther.

 My daugthers favorite flower is the sweetpea. 

So for her 35 birthday I made this card with the lovely sweetpea stamp. 

I colored the card with inktense pencils.
